BGR, that's EXACTLY what it was practicing. it's quantitative models suggested that credit spreads would tighten, and the markets fell prey do human emotion, as they do all the time - so exactly the opposite to what their models predicted actually happened. markets are all about psychology, not efficiency and rocket scientist models.
