Gentlemen, MR announced today a JV with the entire El Morro property in Chile with Noranda. It looks reasonable to me with Noranda earning a 70% interest,but only after around $20 million US dollar expenditure either on development or cash to Metallica in the next 5 years. Hopefully, with their participation,this property will be a producer and cash flow engine for MR. Au is getting to where it looks like the Mexican mine could be economical soon. TM
