RE: planned mega offering of new shares. If you wanted to price a secondary issue wouldn't you want a stable price to reduce the volitility ? IMO it would be beneficial to pricing of the offer ? Then, on the day of pricing you could push it down, price it and run it back up. The secondary purchasers would be very happy with that, or at least I would.
