Hi Grayhairs,

A recent e-mail from Tusk subsequent to a recent enquiry reveals that a couple of Meekwap wells are due to spud this month.The Strachan tie-in is proceeding smoothly and should be on production soon.

As far as news from North East British Columbia Tusk is not commenting other than they believe it can become a significant core area .
You may have noticed a recent release from Renata Resources on drilling updates that touched on NEBC.Renata management also believe that this area can become a new core area.They mentioned gross acres of over 30,000 acres in this area which suggest that the partners have been busy buying land.
None of the companies want to discuss flow rates or potential reserves,you know those juicy statistics that investors would like to get their hands on.It is my understanding that the first well is being tied in.Just wondering if you have heard anything?

If you have not ,perhaps this evening as you are enjoying a richly deserved steak supper(congrats on East Lost Hills today) at the Petroleum Club or whatever the oil crowd gathers in Calgary get yourself one of those Whisper 2000 listening devices and sit close to the suits associated with this NEBC play.I sure would like to get an idea what kind of potential this area holds.
