Class action shareholder suits have been filed against Amplidyne and certain officers and directors on behalf of shareholders who purchased or otherwise acquired Amplidyne, Inc (Nasdaq:AMPD) securities between September 9, 1999 and September 14, 1999 ("the Class Period").
