Here is the most recent news released by the company. They will become a fully reporting company. It appears there have been some good developments with their marketing campaign. The Preview site is inactive but the company has been working feverishly to launch the fully interactive site by mid to late November. Online Innovation, Inc. Update to Shareholders

company's activities since August 10, 1999.
Audited Financial Statements
The company has been informed by Moen and Co., that the Audited Financial Statements for the
fiscal year 1998/1999 are in the final stages of completion. Once completed, this will mark the
second consecutive year that the company voluntarily has had the Financial Statements
independently audited. The company was originally incorporated in the State of Delaware on May
7, 1997.
10SB Filing Process Underway
The company would also like to announce the retention of Morton and Co., a Law Firm specializing
in Securities Law to aid in the preparation of the company to file it's 10SB to the SEC to become a
fully reporting company. Upon completion of the Audited Financial Statements, Morton and Co.
will proceed with this process. Management of the company anticipates the filing to be completed
well before the compliance date of April 2000. Additionally, the management is also in the process
of reviewing several high profile Law firms that specialize in all facets of the Internet Industry,
namely Intellectual Property, Copyright and Contract Law. Further news will be released when it

Strategic Internet Marketing Campaign
General awareness of the Virtuallydating preview site continued through the months of August and
September. The Adsmart Network, representing over 300 brand name sites was chosen as the
media agent to run the most recent banner ad campaign as we continue to expand our marketing
audience. Over 4.5 million banner impressions were made throughout the Adsmart network, with
over 10,000 visitors to the preview site. The accumulation of e-mail addresses in the database of
individuals interested in membership to the Virtuallydating community has grown to 2,873.
Updates to VirtuallyDating.com
The company has added a first generation functional message board to the "Dilemma of the Week,"
located in the DearBridgette channel of the community. In this section of the community, members
are encouraged to post their advice on the current relationship dilemma that Bridgette, the on-site
relationship advisor, has posted for the community to comment on. Members are also encouraged
to send in their own relationship dilemmas for posting as a "Dilemma of the Week." The "Dilemma

of the full interactive community is still ongoing and the company anticipates an approximate date in
