BJP seems to take 1 step forward, 3 steps back... It seems to get routed in UP and Karnataka. Why did it not set it's house right in UP much earlier, knowing its huge importance? And in Karnataka, inspite of local leaders vehemently saying that due to anti-incumbency they should not tie up with JD, the national leaders forced the local leaders to play ball. Just shows that the national leaders sometimes/manytimes have no clue as to what is good for them. Last time around it was M'rashtra and Gujarat that spoiled the party for BJP. This time it will be UP, Karnataka and Punjab. Punjab is a surprise for the Sikhs seem to have forgotten 1984 rather easily. Like the Jews voting for the Nazis in some election.
