David,

This sort of ambiguity wouldn't exist if Wexler was honest and posted his trades in a timely manner. IDX opened at 8 1/2 today, so his claim that he shorted above 9 isn't believable given his otherwise low regard for the truth.

Regards,
Dan

<I recommended increasing the short position in the IDX stock promotion fraud AFTER the market close yesterday and BEFORE the market open today.>

Fine. Then for accounting purposes, you (Wexler) shorted more at the open today. 8 1/2 is the number.

PS to Chester: Since you declined to answer my simple question about why you think Zicam is ineffective, I'll assume that you just pulled that remark out of your butt. According to the bashers here, one should only believe the results of a carefully designed clinical study. Since I'm sure that you haven't conducted any such study on Zicam, and haven't even tried the product, your conclusion is worth about as much as Wexler's worthless comments.
