That feeling is very illusive. Pay attention to a very important but overlooked fact: the actual transaction is scheduled for after Jan 2000. Why is it important? B/c the AltaVista IPO is scheduled for Jan 00. The smart money thinks that after that IPO, CMGI will hit the sky and therefore, FCST will follow with it. Very, very clever!!! Great job Mr. Garrick. A very prudent business calc. The move to the CMGI camp was inevitable as it turns out to be. In the eMarketing area 2 camps will square off in the chess battle: CMGI(white) vs. DCLK(black). I guess, I might define this one as: white begins and wins in 2 moves. Now, you find those moves. I have at least one. GP
