Yes MM, that was different. Ascend had a sharp focus on a very high growth area (ATM) with best of breed products and a leadership in so-so area of Remote Access. We knew it was being punished for Mory's bungling and were waiting for Ashby's rescue. LU is too big and lumbering giants take a while to start running. Sure, when they are running they trample anything in sight but thats what we are trying figure out. -Hitesh
