And thanks a lot to the analysts at the brokerage houses. Downgrading after the bad news; they really did their jobs. Grand Court Living Ctrs. and ALI sent me their annual reports. CMDC hasn't, and it isn't on their websites. There were even a couple of companies with Living Center in their name in the most actives yesterday. I will look them up when I get home. Lucky me! I did my homework. So I was ready to pounce! I wouldn't mind SNRZ dropping another 50% which is a rule I have before buying a stock. ALI & CMMC did reply to my e-mail question about where their revenues came from. And the answer in both cases was All Private Pay. There are lots of rich older folks out there. Hopefully me in 25 years.
