Les: Yes, the fact that they occur every quarter ceased to be "one-time" in my book a long time ago. Further, I don't ignore goodwill amortization and in process R&D expensing because the crap YHOO is buying it is paying LUDICROUS money for owing to the monopoly money it is using for currency. YHOO makes considerably more money off interest than it does turning on the lights and getting to work which it actually does at a net loss.
