I do not know how much of an effect that it will have. Lihir is getting more of the mine but they are paying for it in stock and thus diluting VEN as VEN is really a warrant on Lihir stock. I stated last week that every $1 move in Lihir was worth about $0.027 to the NAV of VEN...this will change that as VEN will own a smaller % of Lihir... It should still be a good play on gold...
