Run as fast as you can from SFLK. All those rosy press releases during the year and only $700,000 in revenue. Why dont you find out what was the terms of the $3,000,000 equity financing? They will never tell you. My prediction is that SFLK ends up in the pink sheets. Why dont you ask for a copy of the audited financials? I have a copy coming from Gerard. I will let you know what I find out real soon. BTW, Gerard had no idea what the terms of the $3,000,000 in equity financing were. I am telling you what it was.
