Looking at the SEC current filling...the top 3...the middle one is a correction form 4's.

President and Chief Operating Officer Louis Hoch picked up 5,000 shares in the open market on 8/30/99 for 5.4375 and then another 3,000 at 4.25 on 9/15/99.
