Thanks to some of our shareholders, we were able to get to the bottom of the requirement problem. Actually we are now waiting on official notification from the NASD so we can reply and PROVE the problem has been corrected. It was really some thing very very simple, In fact it will be fixed with one filing... an amended filing at that. So if the NASD is giving us legit info, we are not in danger of a de-listing, because Dale and Myself have the filing ready to send as soon as we get the NASD explaination. Never the less, I am not discounting any alternative until the NASD gives us something in writing and the we will adhere to whatever that letter contains. Once again we have already taken care of what this NASD rep said was the problem. So de-listing is should not be a problem. KAA
