Bobby, we will see...i would say this depends on whether a bear market has begun or not. if it has, overbought VIX and p/c readings are not a requirement anymore for the market to turn back down. let's see i the Dow can make it back above the lower trend line of the consolidation channel it broke out of. currently i don't think so. regards, hb
