Bill, ML isn't ranking them. I am ranking them based on ML price targets. Depending on the stock being ranked, low can be better because it suggests that the stock is moving higher. Stocks that have been ranked high for extended periods in the past were NCR and XRX. Those stocks have tanked along with their price targets. Bob
