Yeah, because it sucks. It's refused to be reporting from the beginning and it's entirely possible all earnings are being siphoned out of the country. The EM-Sounder has never been proved to work and and the company has always refused to disclose anything about it or it effectiveness. If it was a real ground penetrating radar with the ability to detect oil and gas at considerable depths it should have taken over the world by now.
