Jan, it's pretty hard to disagree with what you are saying, and as time passes with the MMs obviously in full control of NAVR price levels it becomes harder to expect a surge into the 20s...Having said that, lets not forget that DBCC was not moving much until 4 or 5 days prior to the IPO....Incidentally, I see the MMs have graciously allowed NAVR to reach 10 3/16...They easily kept it from going higher...
