Yes it is unfortunate. To commit truly blatant financial fraud, you need to be a large public company. If you're a small private company, using accounting tricks that the majority of public internut companies use would get you thrown in jail for tax evasion. And you could sit in your jail cell and scream "pro forma! pro forma!" until you lost your voice- and i can guarantee it wouldn't get you out of jail. >where I'm unable to get rid of those non-recurring charges (maybe I need > a new accountant).
