This @home is far worse than I ever imagined. It's only worked well twice in two weeks. Most of the time it's slower than AOL. I tried to download something and it was coming in at 300 bytes a second. It would have taken days to download, but then it disconnected completely. I called them and after waiting on hold forever I talked to a woman that reminded me of the attorney for the Menendez brothers. She kept saying we're having technical problems, but she wouldn't admit the service doesn't work. She claimed as long as I connect technically it works. She said she'd transfer me to a supervisor, but after another long wait I was disconnected. I can't believe this company is taking over all the cable systems in America. We might as well forget about broadband.
