Wally: How high is high? QQQ is at $126.5 with 52 week high at $127.5.

Listened to AMD cc and they said visibility limited due to Taiwan issues. Analysts were focused on this issue. Also, cap ex for 1999 will be lower than previously thought -- $650m -- due to "timing issues and cost controls." My notes indicate that $900m had been their budget. They are pushing out some equipment delivery and equipment payments. A few analysts asked questions on that issue as well. Sounds like a a temporary void at this point.
