If someone were to post the contract... It's obvious at this point that the discovery is a decent one, what does the contract say? That's what will have to be determined. "Get the dictionaries out boys, tonight's going to be a long one...." If Energas is proved to be in the wrong, then it will be important to know into who's hands the money first flows, Kismet or Energas. If the latter, Kismet will want to be able to do audits, now that Energas is being sneaky. Russ
