10 to one would be a joke. What would 15 cents do for us? If they are serious about going NASDAQ and are going to do an RS of any kind, then make it 500 to 1 and get it over with! RS is RS so why not make it high enough to get listed on NASDAQ? $7 a share would give them a little room to work with to keep it above the $5 for the Nasdaq listing. If they did right after releasing their financials and the numbers are as good as Cataldo seems to imply, then it might actually go up with an RS. When the first MVEE CC did not help shareholders I don't know why TC did the second? I hope he has learned that we need numbers and we need them now!!!
