Andy, that is one of the pieces I intend to get to the bottom of in Delaware Chancery Court. The problem is that if LGE is successful in bankruptcy court, Zenith is dead and all potential derivative-action judgements against LGE and Zenith directors would go straight into the pocket of LGE. This is truly a landmark case that could send a signal around the world that to acquire an US company all one needs is to control the company's board, decimate the company's assets through self-dealing actions, become the sole unpaid creditor and assume 100% equity in bankruptcy court. If LGE wins, all Americans lose....
