Jean:

I am afraid JDSU has run up too far too fast and that I will be buying it at the high ....

Isn't this exactly the kind of thinking that we all used for years that cost us so much money in the long run. And the reason that the G&K approach is working so well for so many of us. I bought both Q and JDSU in April. Q has tripled, JDSU has doubled. Is today the top? Very unlikely. I strongly feel that 1 year from today, these prices will appear cheap. JDSU is going to split 2 for 1 on 12/29/99 record date 12/17/99. I'll bet you a smile that it will be a fair amount above todays record high on split day(s). You can always dollar cost average into stock. Todays online brokers take the commission sting out of that proven approach. Remember the Russian Army? Resupply the winners. I have done this with Q. My 2nd and 3rd purchases are up 63% and 38%.

Good investing, whatever your choice,

William
