Hi Kathy! Good to hear from you! Hope all is well. I skimmed the s3. Patent disputes are fairly common, and I am mystified that a potential dispute should have such an adverse affect. Makes me wonder what I missed, or are the institutions overreacting? I'm in from 25 for the long term, but seeing a stock fall 30% in two days makes one think: Where there's smoke... If the secondary offering is cancelled or postponed it will be an indication of real trouble, IMHO.
