<never listen to a stock broker>

One of my broker's suggested that I sell my Q position (then a mere 400 shares) because "it's the only one in your portfolio that hasn't done anything." Since he put me into Amgen along with a few other winners, I did not take it as an attempt to make money for himself. Only as a sign that he did not know about Q.

The very next morning was the first announcement that Q and Ericy might settle, and the rest is history. Needless to say, he has never questioned my subsequent purchases of Q.

In fact, a hedge fund he is involved with (run by his father) took a position in Q during the recent downdraft.

But the bottom line is, whether from greed or ignorance, the broker who said to sell Q IS WRONG!
