One possible reason for the share price weakness could be arbitrage trading between Hargraves and DROOY. The purchase of Hargraves by DROOY should close in a couple of weeks or so. A post on gold eagle said DROOY could be bought at a 20% discount or so by buying Hargraves and then trading it in for DROOY shares. So there may be some people selling DROOY and buying Hargraves to take advantage of the price discrepancy.
