To whom should a complaint be addressed if a company has become delinquent in its filings, and needs to be reminded, or struck off????? Sounded a bit like Horses Droppings...ya know... No...No...I'm wrong!!! "filings...!" Sounds more like teeth...yeah that's it TEETH!!!
