Good news and bad news... Good news... lots of press releases on contracts etc. Bad news... management can't seem to turn a profit. Despite the strong revenue last quarter, there's still a loss. As Sultan mentioned, unless earnings are positive and growing, the stock is likely to stay in the dumps. From the year end filings, it appears that management salaries are too fat, and one too many ceos. I'm hoping for Verifone or some other company to buy the company at today's cheap stock price and kick the fat cats out. Bring a new team that is more focused on increasing shareholders wealth. This stock reminds me of PC Docs... one disappointment after another. Unless management wakes up and start delivering soon, they'll get what's coming to them. And just like PC Docs, investors have a long memory and will remember who they are, and turn away from any company that they re-surfaced from.
