Whew. Maybe we both better call Jim Alexander, he knows all the rules on the whys and wherefores. Simply put IF they fly up in share price it will not matter. If Price Per Share Matters...then IF THE SHARE PRICE increases...all win no matter what basis we are on either the 2.9 Million or the 29 Million shares. I still have not received my packet. It is real hard to talk without the facts. Chucka
