The SEC has as much information from posters that is worthwhile as I can imagine, and they have propbably much more information. The simple fact is what the company did was wrong and many people lost money because of it. The SEC is understaffed and this may explain the delay in action, but at this point it also may be helpful if shareholders contact the SEC and ask them if they are going to enforce actions against those responsible for the scam and remind them how much money was lost. Shareholders should also mention the Cavalry to the SEC and the role they played.
