Yes they will. If you buy anytime between now, and 17 days after the record date announcement, you'll get your free shares. But if you wait until the announcement, it will be very hard to get this as cheap as it is right now. Vike people will say 20 days, but you need to buy 3 days in advance to be the shareholder of record by the 20th day.
