I agree with your vote. The bear argument seemed to rely too much on comparing DAB with theme restaurants like Rainforest Cafe, though his financial concerns are worth looking into. The bull rebuttal to that, I thought, was pretty convincing assuming that he was correct in his saying that DAB's return on assets and debt/equity was significantly better than average for the industry.
