Chuca Chuca Chuca, you're not making any sense to me: "Simply put IF they fly up in share price it will not matter" The problem is the share price will be flying down from 30 cents CAD after the split to 3 cents CAD. Presto you've just lost another 90% of your investment making it next to worthless. Have you been to the SI Thread: "Reverse Splits, mad as hell and we're not going to take it any more"? There are countless examples. Why would "institutions" care if its a 3 cent or 30 cent stock. They are both "penny" stocks! As you say, after a RS the company has the same "price per share". However the main difference is the negative investor sentiment after the reverse. Perhaps the "institutions" are looking for an easy short. I have reviewed the packet. It gives no reason for the RS. Its just the usual legal PROXY/Legalese mumbo jumbo. So now, Chuca, you're implying that you don't fully understand it: RE: "Maybe we both better call Jim Alexander, he knows all the rules on the whys and wherefores" If you don't understand it well enough to explain it on SI then how can you vote YES? I have clearly stated my reasons for a NO vote! T.Bill.pissed.off.investor.for.the.first.time.this.year!
