Ron: I don't know if the topic of the VSE belongs here. My feeling is that some junior companies have been unduly affected by the actions of the VSE. Most recently, Starpoint (V STS) has lost much in the process of dealing with the VSE. This problem can be investigated fully on the Starpoint thread at: Subject 4337 ... and in particular post #1025. There seems to be a blatant "game within the game" here. Some companies are victimized, others prosper. The best we can do as investors is to know which is which. R. Winer (Apologies if this is out of context with the thread.... And the pile of snow in my yard is down to 3 and a half feet high.)
