Sam - Seems to me that there is one basic basic rule about the market and that is that assuming you like the fundamentals of a stock ie its growth prospects and market share earning capacity etc then here is the rule:- Market timing is impossible. Thats it. The only sensible thing to do it seems to me is to do your research and don't get disturbed by the CNBC doomsayers. Best regards, L
