What ever happen to fully reporting status and the filing of the 10SB? Separately, it was announced that the Company's auditors will have completed the certification of the last two years financials by July 20, 1999. At that time they will be turned over to legal council for inclusion in the Form 10 filing. The Company's attorney indicates that the filing will occur well in advance of an upcoming NASD deadline.
