OGPS - ELLINGHAM, Wash.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 7, 1999--Omicron Technologies, Inc. (OTC BB:OGPS) is pleased to announce that it has completed its maximum allowable Rule 504 private placement financing of $1 Million. Omicron will also be releasing the details of a major private placement financing within the following week. The proceeds of these financings will be used to complete and market Omicron's Internet gaming software, to expand Cyberweb Systems' operations to a larger facility and to further the development and marketing of Interactive Radio Corporation's prototype and the Active Pixel Sensor (APS) technology.
