I agree, but that is a short term pit-fall. Company is preserving cash they have and they always post quarterly and year end numbers. I don't like the idea of going to pink sheets but I understand the business aspect of the decision. Alot of the decision has to do with finding a merger partner. IVII feels it would better to wait until a merger deal is signed then become fully reporting. I do know the company had their best quarter of the year (4th) and they finished the fiscal year with a bang. Ultimately I am here long term and believe this is great investment. I plan to add to my position in Dec and Jan. I currently own 90,000 shares (voluntary disclosure). Look for year end and fourth quarter numbers in Nov. Take Care Greg
