SO what is the time frame on something like that? Sounds like it could take years...look at the SLP case (different but you get the idea) That is the $15,000,000 question!! I believe the BC gov won't like the "David & Goliath" scenario that I spoke of, on this thread, last year. Mr. Kennedy is no slouch, when the gloves are off, he is going to make the BC Gov. look like a bunch of bullies feeding off the RKR carcass. Remember, the BC Gov. is attempting to woo the miners and pulp/paper people back to the province with promises of "fair negotiation and settlement". I hope RKR management blows this episode throughout Canada/US/Australia indicating to all that the "fair deal" is a farce. I know Mr. Kennedy and the rest of management fairly well now. They have attempted to "dicker" with true style and grace. I await the ensuing "rath of RKR", it should be something to behold. My bet is that the BC Gov settles before the court date, whenever that is! the Chief
