The meager amount of non-LFT business, which you can see on the hitsgalore website, is looking increasingly like a scheme to build a database of personal information submitted by users of "free" services. We had noticed already that the "free" music disks and "free" voice mail required registering and disclosing a shocking amount of personal information. Well, now there's something more. There is now a feature for you to add your URL, presumably for free. Unlike other search engines, however, at Hitsgalore you are asked to register and submit a lot of personal information when you submit your URL. Now just think about the felon who served time in a federal prison camp for wirefraud: what is this guy going to do with all that personal information? Would you like for the wirefraud felon to have that kind of personal info on you?
