You know, when the Walsh's filed their 144s, I didn't think much of it, but when Ms. Werder and the Kniffens' did it, well, then I had to ask myself: What do the Kniffens' know that I don't know??? I mean the Kniffen's, for crying out loud -- This is serious, I said!! Something must be done about this!!
Auric - You gotta do better than invading the privacy of people who acquired stock in private placements and potentially want to trade it. Surely there is more to your critique than that. Oh yeah - NASDAQ's limit order disclosure system, which is a year from implementation and barely affects a derivatively priced ATS is the goblin we should be scared of.
BTW - If Ashton had caused a shut down of 2 ECNs on the NASDAQ yesterday (which actually happened to Island AND Instinet, who were shut down because of tech issues related to the introduction of Optimark on the NASDAQ), I am sure you'd have posted it ten different times yesterday to make the point that somebody's tech is all screwed up. But not even a word from you about it. Interesting. I guess your too busy looking for 144's. Bottom line - It looks like ATG's "competition" (e.g., NASDAQ and Optimark) have some issues of their own to resolve, and are not so high and mighty after all.
