Hi Stymie! I'm sure this will all be sorted out in court. If you want the official management position on issues pertaining to you-please call them or check their press releases or their webpage. The fog factor surrounding any of the issues involving Dayton/Shorting/ and the alleged paid bashers is high and I don't pretend to be an expert on such matters. Are you, in fact, employed by Dayton? Have you ever been employed by Dayton? Have you been paid to "examine" Medinah? Did you hire anyone to help you? Concerning the short position, the 44 brokerage houses that have failed to cough up Medinah Gold shares is an accurate number. I believe the forensic audit that was conducted will indeed sort things out when it is produced. Cheers.
