i think tha there is conflicting data.. the company said that the combined companies had been valued, and the value was .49 per share post merger at a rate of 12 to one.. thats all we have to go on, there has been no change to this anounced to date..its really the post merger company that we need to think about at this point , untill there is an anouncement to change this point of view. imo tim
