Ron: I live in downtown Montreal. And it is below freezing today. And the three and a half foot pile of snow is right on top of our garden. So I imagine that the tulip bulbs are quite confused, as they are usually gearing up for their own bull market at about this time of year. Like other well known sectors of potential growth, things will be a little delayed this time around.
