My Yahoo page views help contribute to the whole page view count, allowing Yahoo to set their advertising rates. I should have said that "I personally, pay Yahoo no money". Of course, I do not read the ads - and I never click through. I've gotten to a point where I don't even notice the ads. I think it would be an interesting study for a research scientist - if it is possible for an internet user to effectively block out the screen space occupied by a banner ad (with the assumption that the banner ad is always in the same space on the screen). It's not like TV advertising where if you continue to look at the screen you have to watch. Thanks, -Eric
