It looks like the 10K is finished and is being filed! I got these two emails from Judy Ryon(jryon@citabio.com) yesterday. I have a premium account with edgar-online, but nothing has shown up yet this morning. Hopefully we'll see the 10K this week. If anyone can verify the information below, please let me know. Thanks. ------------------------- Hi Robert, I believe there are 4.7 million restricted shares out of the 7,766,662 , leaving around 3 million free trading. Regarding the filing (that seems to take a life time), there was a small item on the 10K that was adjusted and I am waiting for the "nod" from the lawyer today. He didn't expect any problem with the adjustment, he just had a day full of previous client commitments, so will go through is this afternoon. The audit portion with auditors notes has been sent to the filer ready for edgarizing. The instant I hear back from him, we forward the document to the filer and it is done...then we all exhale! Regarding upcoming news, though we have been tied up by the audit, much has been developing and we expect a number of very positve news items.
